What age is the programme for?

HSA is built for preschool children, primarily ages 3 to 5. Boys and girls are equally welcome — no experience needed.

Do I need to buy any equipment?

No. HSA provides all required age-appropriate equipment. Your child simply arrives ready to play in comfortable clothes and closed shoes.

How often are the sessions?

Where do the sessions take place?

At various schools across the Gauteng area, during or right after the school day, so there is no extra driving for parents.

The yearly R220 covers service, equipment and administration. Your monthly or annual payment covers the weekly coached sessions themselves.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes. You can pause or cancel a child’s membership at any time from your parent dashboard, and our team will confirm the change with you.

How does payment work?

All payments are processed on this website via SnapScan. The yearly fee is payable with your first payment on registration. Monthly payments run February to November and are due on or before the 1st of each month. You are welcome to pay in advance quarterly or annually.
